Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by dispatching your goods and sending a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is listed in error or we cannot verify payment. If we cancel, we refund in full within 5 working days.

Prices on the product page are in pounds sterling and include any UK VAT due. We do not add charges at checkout beyond the order total shown. The price you see is the price you pay.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We accept major debit and credit cards and any other methods shown at checkout. Card details are handled by Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant system; we do not store your full card number.

Delivery

We ship to United Kingdom addresses only. See our Shipping policy for full details of timing and coverage. Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

Returns and refunds

See our Returns policy. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened product. Faulty or damaged items may be returned regardless of whether they have been opened. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and checking the return.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a 14-day cancellation right beginning the day after delivery. To exercise it, email support@ladoresalon.com before returning the goods.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, sizes and descriptions accurately, but screens vary. If a product does not match its description, contact us and we will resolve it under our returns policy. We may change or discontinue products at any time without notice, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photographs, logos and product names — is owned by or licensed to La Dore Hair & Beauty. You may not reproduce, copy or redistribute any content without our written permission, except where allowed by law (for example, fair dealing for personal use or criticism).

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website beyond the amount you paid for the relevant order. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed on or after the "last updated" date shown above.
