Shipping policy

We post beauty products, not furniture and not freight. Everything in the shop is a bottle, tube or aerosol small enough for Royal Mail. There is no white-glove delivery and no overseas courier.

Where we ship

United Kingdom addresses only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses outside our stated service, or any other country. If a checkout address is outside the UK, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Cost and tax

Postage is free on every order. There is no minimum spend. Prices are in pounds sterling. We do not add VAT or any other tax at checkout. The price on the product page is the amount you pay, plus nothing for delivery.

Timing

Orders placed before 14:00 UK time on a working day are handed to Royal Mail the same day from Mitcham. Allow 2–4 working days. Aerosols (Salon Hold Working Spray) travel by road, not air, and can take a day longer. We do not offer Saturday delivery guarantees.

If a parcel is lost or damaged

Email support@ladoresalon.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will resend or refund. Photograph damaged bottles before you throw them away.
