What we collect

If you order: name, delivery address, email, phone, and the products you bought. Payment card numbers are handled by Shopify Payments; we do not store the full card number. If you email or call the salon, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you. If you use the contact form, we receive the fields you submit.

Why

To take payment, post your order inside the UK, handle returns, and reply to questions about colour, scalp care or a booking. Legal bases: contract (your order), legitimate interests (keeping the salon running and preventing fraud), and consent where you ask us to email you about new products.

Who sees it

Shopify, which runs checkout and the product catalogue; Royal Mail or the carrier who delivers the parcel; and our email host. We do not sell your details. We do not pass lists to advertisers.

How long

Order records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting. Marketing emails stop when you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are deleted after 24 months if there is no open query.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@ladoresalon.com. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. We are a UK business and UK GDPR applies.

Cookies

The shop stores your bag in local storage on your device. Checkout on Shopify may set cookies required to complete payment. We do not run advertising pixels.
